Monday.... YUCK!!! Back to work. But there's something better about this Monday. I got a new pillow! Well, let me back up here... over the holidays, while I was watching TV late one night, I saw a commercial for MyPillow. It promised to cure a plethora of ills... snoring, headaches, restless sleep, etc. I decided, "What the hell?" And I ordered one. And it came today!
Welcome!
I was inspired my one of my friends, who is also a co-worker and a former student, to try a 365 Blog. This is it. Let the fun begin!

Sunday... laundry day. It's also the day I finally got up and worked on some things around the house. Not only did I geet the laundry done, but I also worked some on my closet!
And the rather large pile of stuff that was on my key table.
And what was Bailey doing while I was cleaning? She was working on the pig's remaining ear!

A lazy Saturday. Mostly Bailey and I just sat around and watched TV. But at some point, Bailey hid one of her bees in the blanket beside me... and later took a nap while guarding it.

It's finally Friday! And nothing says Friday better than a delicious homemade pizza. This one is bbq brisket, and boy was it good!

I hate changing the sheets. It's such a pain. I hate folding them even more, so unless it's the time of year to actually CHANGE the sheets, I just wash 'em and put 'em back on the bed. This evening was unusual, because not only did I wash and remake the bed on a school night, I also washed and remade Bailey's bed. Here's the result!
Jan. 4 (I've decided the year is unnecessary)
This morning I was up and out early. Dad had knee replacement surgery. There was a little scare when he didn't wake up and stay awake, but that soon passed.

The kids came back today. By the time the day was over, I was worn flat out. The best thing about the end of the day, is coming home and making this.
Come to think of it, it's usually the best part of waking up, too!
